You do not need all of it. Send what you have and we can still give you a figure.
Exterior photos
Four shots — front, back, both sides. Do not hide scratches or dents; showing them makes the figure more accurate, not lower.
Interior and odometer
The driver's area and a clear shot of the odometer.
For machinery
Model, year and a photo of the hour meter. Non-runners and flood-damaged machines are fine — just tell us the condition.

Is the appraisal free?
Yes. Nothing is charged up to the point we give you a figure, and you are free to walk away.
Will you keep contacting me?
No. We do not chase. Block us at any time if you would rather not hear from us.
I am not ready to sell yet.
That is fine. Ask just to learn the market, and we are happy to advise on timing.
Do you take machinery and farm equipment?
We do — excavators, forklifts, tractors and more. Machines can be appraised where they stand.
How long until you reply?
Same day during business hours. Messages sent at night or at the weekend are answered the next working day.
